How do I record ingame sounds on xfire while recording a video

Title says it all.
Apparently, I'm still dumb founded.
Have you tried using fraps? I heard it's less laggy than xfire and records better/with sound.

On the video tab I think theres a checkbox that says record sound with video or something like that.

You can record mics and in-game sounds with fraps you know.
