Timeline.... edit: It would probably go up if he didn’t ignore what his consumers are complaining about most of the time. Just give us an option to change back or do some research polls before changing the site drastically :(. You know, talk to your users.

Really it's a complete mess, I like facebook but this update changes too much. If anythng it's the fact that not all our opinions are taken into consideration.

Most people hate changes like that, especially when we have no say in them.

It's all whining and bitching in the start, then later people couldn't even dream of going back to that terrible shit. The Timeline was a good move. It makes it more personal and easier to browse through.
The funny part is that this is just further evidence that social networks go in waves. Friendster, Myspace, and now we're going through Facebook and Twitter. It'll eventually hit G+ (assuming that it stays around and gains traction), and whatever goes after it. The bright side to this is that Mark is really devoted to his company, and he'll still be around to keep improving it with the way things currently look.
You guys don't understand, it's got nothing to do with consumers. People aren't leaving Facebook, it keeps growing. The people who control the share-values are the stock holders, and the problem is they doubt Zuckerbergs give-away-for-free approach. They think it's bad business, and few want to buy while many sell. Wall st. is skeptical of anything free.

[QUOTE=mac338;37548252]You guys don't understand, it's got nothing to do with consumers. If anything a lot of those accounts are fake or abandoned. They don’t want to leave simply because they don’t want to start this all again on a different site.
