And now my question is: Is it any good or trustworthy?
I want to know more before I plug it in my Computer. So does anyone have any experience with it?
It's from China and it was 10 bucks.
Can't you make an educated guess?
240 GB flash drive? I haven't ever heard of such a thing, plus for only 10 Euros and in China. I don't know. It might be fine. You got a junker to test it on first?
I think I'll try it in the Library later.
Is there a site you're buying it off? Might be a fake site.
It was in an electronic store in China.
Likely it's a 64mb drive from a decade ago packaged into something that says 240gb.
Anyway, it should be 256gb if it actually were real.

That guy has a point.

i bet
If it was that big it would have been a ssd disk, and those are not cheap.
what website did you buy it off from exactly?
Because where I live, 256GB usb drives cost ~$700

he bought it from a store
It's probably 240mb or 256mb, not gb.
It's probably 240mb or 256mb, not gb.
Which means op got ripped off hard
10 bucks eh? I'd sell it on, bound to be as someone as equally if not more gullible than OP. Tsk tsk!
lol why would this ever be a good idea?
It's probably 240mb or 256mb, not gb.
If only I posted 30 minutes sooner. I expect nothing less than this.
It's probably a 2gb stick that's been formatted to say it has 256gb space on it, but if you try to write a file bigger than it actually is, it'll error on you.
If it was that big it would have been a ssd disk, and those are not cheap.
uh SSDs don't use disks, that's the entire point
[editline]30th October 2010[/editline]
and you can get 256GB flash drives anyway
euros != bucks
euros != bucks
Still, that's an impossibly good deal.
euros != bucks
oh no a $4 difference
oh no a $4 difference
This, for 14$ you won't be able to get anything close to that anyway

240GB USB stick? What the fuck?
:20bux: it doesn't actually contain 240GB, and doesn't last more than 3 months.
Pop it open and make sure there's actually memory inside.
We're talking about CHINA here, the home of counterfeit mastery. They'll probably give you a 128MB drive with the NAND IDs changed.
Throwing my bet in. It's a case with 240GB written on in marker. And instead of circuit board, there is pudding.
We're talking about CHINA here, the home of counterfeit mastery. They'll probably give you a 128MB drive with the NAND IDs changed.
They will actually give a 8GB drive with the NAND IDs changed.
If it was that big it would have been a ssd disk, and those are not cheap.
ssd
disk
...
It probably has a paper that says "240 Gigabytes"
