That's what comes up when I try to open up various programs. I would screenshot but no programs work, not even paint. Basically, most of my icons on my main screen is a white folder with a little stack of books in the middle. Any way I can revert them back to what they're supposed to be?
It seems all programs are getting opened with Winrar.

It is an exe, which is what I don't want. I want it to run normally. We'll use Steam as an example, I cannot open it up. I want it to open up normally.
