I have ddr3 dual channel 1600mhz ram, 2 2gb sticks (in their matching slots) and 2 4gb sticks (in their matching slots), I have a total of 12gb of ram and have had a total of 2 bluescreens since I have installed it (last night). What is the reason for this? Is it really that bad to mix ram stick quantities? Games run fine, no problem, but I have gotten 2 Page Fault in Non Paged Area bluescreens, and ever since I woke up (after I did the windows memory diagnostic), Skype would never start, and neither would IE, and now, after restarting (and getting a bluescreen), here I am, with Google Chrome broken, and who knows what else is broken. What is wrong? Should I just kill myself and deal with the waste of 40 dollars? Do note, they are the exact same type of ram, same code thingie and everything.
Different RAM brands, speeds and etc all sort of play rough with each other. Take two out, use your PC for awhile, if you don't bluescreen, use the other two, and if you're fine both times, assume they're conflicting.

Yeah, I took out the 2gb sticks and am gonna see how they play together, it just sucks because I wanted 12 gigs (for no real reason, honestly), but I guess I can live eh?
