I am planning on upgrading this computer to Windows 8 and I want to get a SSD (or a mSATA) to put the OS on, so I am looking in the 120GB range and nothing over $100 (a little over is fine, but preferably under).
I was wondering if SSDs are more reliable/have a longer life than mSATAs.
My current mother board is a Gigabyte G1 Sniper 3, which has an mSATA port (obviously).
So far, I've checked out two SSDs and one mSATA. I usually select a price range and look at the products that have most reviews (on Newegg).

Does anyone have any experience with Mushkin Enhanced products?
They're both SSD's, but the interface is different. I'd suggest going with the normal 2.5" one. Mushkin used to be the go-to brand back in the day, but have fallen to the wayside
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't mSATA for laptops?
Primarily, but some desktop motherboards also have it.
Samsung evo's are the dogs bollocks mate, I've got a single 500GB.
They are cheap as fuck right now and getting cheaper everyday.
