Good thing game devs are putting out fewer and fewer manuals. They were just one step ahead of fighting the computer menace.
Computer are incapable of learning. That is a fact. It's simply a Civilization playing algorithm.

Soon we might be able to have a robot play tf2 and has aimbot mouse skills.
