These are the new specs for my PC I'm about to buy! Can you tell me if I'm doing anything wrong with regards to performance and cooling ?
Gigabyte 78LMT USB 3.0 Motherboard Technology
AMD Piledriver FX 6350 4.2ghz Six Core 14mb Cache
1tb Sata Hard Drive
8gb DDR3 1600mhz Memory
ATI Radeon 7770 1gb GDDR5 with HDMI
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit With Disc and License
24x Dual Layer Sata DVD Writer
750 Watt Branded Power Supply
Pretty good build(although I'm more of a Nvidia/Intel fanboy). You should also get a aftermarket CPU cooler if you have the money. The powersupply is too much I suggest lowering it, it's not like you're gonna upgrade a lot in the future since it's a budget build, 650watt would be good enough
The PC comes with the 750 watt power supply...Nothing I can do
Are you buying a prebuilt computer?
Sort of although I have customized most of it
The processor is going to be an ass and bottleneck you and there is no need for an aftermarket cooler unless you are A: Overclocking or B: Want something really quiet.
Just build one yourself.. Besides the PSU might be shit, because we don't know the actual brand.
#1 rule of building a computer is that you don't buy a prebuilt

also we can't help you with the cooling aspect if no details on the case are given
Don't combine FX cpus and Gigabyte mobos unless you are having it built for you AND they are willing to update the motherboard BIOS to the latest version.
