My net only assigns one IP adress to all computers! Halp?

Ok, so I'm hosting a tiny LAN-party. And all our PCs are getting the same IP. What the fuck? It's not a static IP, so restarting the router would normaly change the IP, but the IP has been the same for all for 2 days now. Been restarting the router a couple of times. No change.
Whats going on? Why does all the computers getting on this net get the same fucking IP address?
The same external IP address?
It's because they're behind a router.

That's how NAT works
wut?
It's never been like this before. I've had LAN here before, and we all had different external IPs.
Are you talking about internal IP addresses? Behind your router? You need to configure dynamic ip addresses
But do you need different IPs? There's really no reason I could think of for which a LAN party would need different external IPs

Unless you want the server to be accessible from the outside, in that case use port forwarding
If you actually know what you're talking about and do have access to more than one IP, disable DHCP on the router to make it act like a switch, I'm doubting this will work, though, most only give out one IP.
