CyanogenMod 10.1 has finally hit stable build status after first being announced with nightly builds last fall. While on the road to stable, the CM Team has released monthly or milestone builds and as of recent, multiple Release Candidates or RC builds. Starting today, official stable builds of CM10.1, Android 4.2.2, have began hitting their build servers. To see if your device is ready for the stable treatment, head on over to get.cm.
aw man, phone's not on that list
Exciting news! It's great they were able to push this out before Google's next Android release. I remember Cyanogenmod 10 stable being buggy on my S3 but they had already moved on to 10.1.
Hmm, they have a Razr build? I've never really kept up with these things because I have a Razr and when I checked, everywhere I looked told me that for one reason or another there would never be CyanogenMod or anything like it for the Razr.
I may have to figure out how to set this up then in the near future.
Actually, could someone PM me a guide or two on setting this up for someone who has literally never done it before? It'd be great if it deals with or notes the Razr in some form, but if not that is fine as long as it is still workable.
Does netflix have weird stuttering problems on this? Last time I installed CyanogenMod Netflix was basically unusable and stuttered like crazy.
Kindle Fire 1st Gen.
YESSSSS FINALLY
glad it's stable now, been having a few issues with tiny things. updating now
My poor 3d LG thrill, 3d is such a gimmick and it's rarely updated :(
wow cool it only took a year but the android community finally came through. all my life i'd been surrounded by people with iphones bragging about their shitty updates and support. so what whats the point of all that shit if you cant overclock my phones cpu i kept saying to myself. To this day i laugh in the faces of iphone fags that talk highly about their iphone 3gs that's to this day supported with security updates, but you know what i say, i say fuck em. Sure my android phone had its support dropped 3 months after my purchase, but I can download cyanogenmod and have all of the freedoms in the world. my iphone friends literally bask in my glory when i overclock my cpu to 1.8 ghz, sure my battery lasts like 30 minutes, but for those 30 minutes my web browser works with like 20% less stutters and freezes. ive been using cyanogen mod for like 5 months now and i've only encountered a few problems THATS HOW SMART THE ANDROID PEOPLE ARE. my camera doesnt work with it but who fucking cares about instagran and facebook stuff (lol enjoy your stolen data facebook users). +1 to android.
if apple ever messed up your phone like that guess what, you COULDNT FIX ANYTHING YOURSELF. YOUR UP CRAP CREEK. thats never happened but still it could you never know when apples gonna give you the finger and stick it right up your stinkhole because they canm and guess what all iphone fags will take it too because they love apple regardless. heck my phone is dual purpose its a great hand warmer when overclocked to the extreme (and i take it to the extreme because i can lol). if it werent for cyanogenmod id probably be at android 2.3 still but who gives a hoot in hell because the android community is so fucking smart we dont even need apple to make our phones lol
android ftw ☺

if you're getting 30 minutes of battery life you haven't overclocked it enough

I too am disappointed by the lack of SGS2 support.
In other news, the latest nightlies have Privacy Guard.
Can someone explain CyanogenMod to me? I have no idea what it is.
I don't see the HP Touchpad on that list...
Damn just updated my galaxy s1 too.
