• What the hell is wrong with my kitten?

So just the other night I found a little gray kitten trying to get in my window, I decided to keep him, but hes got this wet gooey gray shit like oozing out of the back of his neck and head, when I found him there was what I thought to be just some shit stuck in his hair, but it was to hard to tell if it was a wound. He's not acting out of the ordinary or doesn't seem to notice it really, but it's getting bigger and getting worried. Also vets aren't an option as there is none nearby.
Why aren't the veterinarians an option? Clean him.
Nope, he's gone bad. Shoot him before it spreads.
Name him Sènior Miffels and nurse him back to good health
Clean the wound with something dis infecting, shave away the hair that's on top /around the wound and keep it clean. Try to rinse it 2 times a day and keep a good look at your cat since you don't want him to get anything in the wound.
Call a vet, they should have a 24 hour emergency hot line.
"Oozing Grey Shit" typically signifies some sort of infection. Does it smell? The fact that it's getting bigger means the kitten's immune system is getting 'angrier', so to speak. So do like Petrussen said; Clean the area of concern on the kitten's neck/head and then carefully trim/shave the area of hair and keep it clean and clear. If it gets worse you may HAVE to find a Vet, but if you keep it clean these things usually clear up. Feed him healthy stuff. A little Google search found a Kitten food recipe for when the store bag isn't available;
To make homemade kitten food for your kitty, blend a can of drained tuna in water, a large hardboiled egg, a tablespoon of olive oil, and ¼ teaspoon of powdered bone meal in a food processor or blender. Separate the mixture into 1-ounce portions, and feed your kitten four times a day. Be sure to store the food in airtight containers in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Freeze portions that can't be consumed within 2 days.
