I need a new phone.
I am right now sitting, with a Nokia E6-00, which i now seem to realize is a piece of shit.
And i am not interested in a phone that dies after half a fucking day, so it needs to have some juice.
Touch, touch/keyboard or keyboard... Doesn't matter at this point, I seem to have tried all of it, and i don't really care much about what is what.
...
and what i have now, which i fucking adore, is this:

Nokia 3110 classic. One hell of a phone. Like that old piece of shit car that still keeps going no matter how badly you treat it, it will just never give up on you. Lasts battery for more than one week at a time, but lacks everything that seems to be essential for phones today. sturdy, reliable, and basic.
So facepunch, suggest a phone which is worthy ... or something close to! go
If your looking for a phone that's well built, sturdy and has a excellent battery life I recommened the Sony Ericsson K800i. My sister uses it and only charges it a month or so.
If your looking for something a bit more new, probably Samsung Galaxy S II, or another smartphone.
Don't buy a fancy smartphone, keep the Nokia. Better to have something reliable to call with than a high-tech paper-thin touchscreen phone that breaks when you drop it.
Go easy.
Buy an iphone

Nokia 1029
This phone is awesome because it has a fucking FLASHLIGHT! And the numpad/keyboard is so good for text messaging. Strange enough, my friend had the same phone and his numpad was a bit tougher. It has all the essentials, 3 crappy but somewhat addictive games and oh have I told you that it has a FLASHLIGHT?
The phone is very sturdy, if it falls on the ground from your pockets while you're running, only the backslider should come off, and possibly the battery too.
Also, downsides are: Battery lasts for a day if you message all the time. If not it lasts for days. There was a bug on mine that once you erased all the messages, you had to restart the damn cellphone or you wouldn't get to send or receive any messages. The screen is kinda small but easy to get used to. If you detach the battery you'll have to reset the clock.
[sp]ps it has a flashlight[/sp]

I could really go for something that can internet, wifi, email, maybe some youtube and so on ... It's just damn difficult to find something capable of doing such things, yet they're all fragile pieces of expensive shit
I suggest a Blackberry Bold or something along those lines, pretty durable and has decent battery life.
I have a blackberry curve, its great for email and the like.

A blackberry, physically, is a very nice piece of work - EXCEPT, the OS is a load of shit, PLUS, the blackberry isn't very compatible with any danish mobile provider. I've had a blackberry, but i had to return it because the os kept fucking me sideways.

makes you appreciate modern technology
I bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace, and it was awesome and cool for 2 weeks, then it got boring and now i use it only for texting, and phoning and marking stuff into the calender. Also the Ace is slow in the internet.
TIP: Don't buy a touchscreen smart phones, keep the buttons and keep the nokia.
-buy a smartphone and you will regret it.

I think you're right. Over a few years, i think i spent more than $1500 on phones, only to return them.
But i honestly think i am gonna go with a Nokia 3720 Classic. that ... what, operating system (?), is awfully similar to the 3110's one.
