I'm planning to get a new Gaming PC, but I don't have the skills to actually build it and I'm looking for help. I think it would be easier for me to buy a build PC, but the thing is that I'm not sure which PC to buy. I live in Germany and my budget is 1000-1500 Euros. I'm looking for a PC which would be perfect for livestreaming games 50 FPS and recording, while having 2 screens attached to it and having no lagg. It should play games perfectly like Black Ops 2, Rust, DayZ, Minecraft and games like that.
I have found 2 PC's which I think might be pretty good,

It would be very great if you guys could give me feedback and let me know if they are crap and I should get another one.
It's never better to buy a prebuilt. They are overpriced and come with tons of bloatware. Their PSUs could very well be IEDs only kept stable because the bare minimum is hooked into it. A lot of their specifications aren't advertised (like manufacturers of some of the components for instance).
As for those in particular, they are overpriced as far as I can tell, but I'm not familiar enough with German pricing to be sure (the higher-end prebuilts are always the worst in being overpriced). The processors are a generation old, which isn't horrible in itself, but you still wouldn't be getting the best for your money. Just build your own computer.
I'm not familiar with Germany's pricing either, but a good start would be to look at getting a 4770k, a Z87 motherboard, and gtx 770 or amd 7970 for gpu. A nice quality 500-600 watt power supply should plenty. Find some nice 1866Mhz+ ram and you have most of a PC right there.
Edit: At that price range, I forgot an SSD should also be included. It by far is the best part of a PC to make it feel snappy and fast.
a capture card might actually not be a bad idea. (something like a Avermedia Live Gamer HD) - Not sure price wise though
Also 1866mhz doesn't matter shit
