Recording microphone + win7 sound at the same time

Okay. Fraps can do this stuff.
Fraps can record your microphone and your game sounds at the same time WITHOUT you hearing your own mic through your speakers.
However you cant use fraps as your sound recording input, or livestream with it. And thats what i'd like to do.
Help?

Put it simple.

How to do this outside of fraps?
I just want to mix 2 audio inputs (Stereo mix, Mic) into one.

Okay i found out that i can use a program called "Virtual Audio Cable"
But now I have run into another problem. How do i find out my VIA High Definition Audio soundcard input names?
I know realtek inputs are called "Realtek HD Audio Stereo Mix Input", Etc.
But what are the corresponding ones for VIA Soundcards?
Im getting so frustrated by this, so close yet im stuck in this really small problem, finding out an input name.
Normally it just has the words "Stereo Mix" or "Output" in them. But, sometimes your card don't have stereo mix. Mine lets me record both with fraps, but there is no way to get a proper stereo mix for recording in audacity or something.
Anyways, just try this http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/39532/how-to-enable-stereo-mix-in-windows-7-to-record-audio/
Livestream Procaster already has this functionality built in.

Thats not what i was looking for.
I want to mix together stereo mix AND microphone input without hearing myself from the speakers.
Anyway, VAC doesnt seem to do this.
I really wonder how Fraps does this stuff.

But i can do it with VAC with an USB mic. Too bad i dont have one.
There has got to be a program that can record audio the way fraps can do it.

Okay no need to help anymore with vac or anything, im just gonna get an usb mic at some point.
Ofcourse if you do find a way to record audio like fraps does, do let me know.
Easiest way to do this would be an audio mixer.
Everything is summed into Line in.
