Reading about EVE and what is happening in it is always cool.
Stuff like that just has to piss you off so much, but the patience and planning behind it all is spectacular.
A 309 billion ISK Revenant, one of only three in existence, was destroyed so quickly that it made alliance figurehead Jeffraider “kind of giddy”.
The amount of money that must have cost them simply to make the thing must be outstanding [editline]9th July 2013[/editline] Now I feel silly for saying that because it says it right there in that thing I just quoted, but it won't let me edit my post...
The audioclip from the aftermath is simply golden. The sheer volume of rage coming from that one guy is absurd.
I love that when something happens in this game it can potentially end up in the news.
I love it! They were mad, until they realized that they lost the most money in 15 minutes than has ever been lost in EVE ever. And then there's graff, who is just horridly furious all the time. [editline]9th July 2013[/editline] Bandwidthh is also the happiest asshole in all of Eve now, considering he was the spy who pulled this off.

I've never even heard of this ship at all :v: [editline]9th July 2013[/editline] Are there more ultra-rare ships like this (Sansha?) supercarrier?
It produces really interesting news stories like this but the game when I tried it was really boring
$11K Jesus christ.
"Don't tell me about my mike or I will drive the twelve blocks to your house and stuff it up your ass" [editline]9th July 2013[/editline] I wonder if people have killed eachother over something like this.
It produces really interesting news stories like this but the game when I tried it was really boring
kind of like a real life war or smth most of the time you spend being bored but it makes for some nice movies

The Revenant can be gotten by anyone. The expensive part is the blueprint that has a chance to drop from the NPC Revenant at the end of incursions in low / null sec. The first one died while in build still but that was a long time ago. These are more of a collectors for show thing than something someone would actually seek to have for practical use as the regular more common super carriers are generally better (except the Hel) than the Revenant while only being worth ~30 bill. Here is a picture from the first time I saw a Revenant on the field and I think it was one of the first times one was actually put on the field: [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/5273861/2013.04.07.10.04.21.png[/thumb]
Urine Alliance
lol
I hope Star Citizen will be like this.
I hope Star Citizen will be like this.
Star Citizen won't be like that since It probably wont deal with real money like eve, but I can see people getting pissed on something like this for ships that are worth lots and take forever to get.
I wish Star Conflict was a bit more like this. Like, with some sort of free roam system, and huge ships for the corporations.
