another thing to add is that in previous years, f1 2010, 11, 12, 13 and 14 have all been incredibly easy to mod due to loose files and database editors made by the community. in the latest game (last year) all of the files were packed and encrypted - which is some serious bullshit. there are 0 mods outside of texture and sound replacements
Makes no sense to go after these modders: a) If you're making F1 mods, you're probably already a fan of F1 and are probably already paying for an F1 subscription. b) If you're using F1 mods, see a) c) F1 is basically advertising. Surely getting these skins etc. only increases the exposure that various sponsors etc. receive?
