Hello everyone,
Yesterday I wanted to synchonise my Ipod touch 4g with my windows version of itunes.
But when I wanted to press the sync button it was greyed out and not possible to press. :suicide:

I went around searching on the internet for a solution to this problem.
I found a lot of things but they all didn't work for me.
I already tried:
- Deleting all data from the Ipod
- Reinstalling Itunes
- Using another USB port
- Rebooting the Ipod
- Starting Itunes with administrator rights
- Disableing my firewall
I hope you guys can help me out with this.
ps: sorry for the bad English and the Dutch version of Itunes.
Open the start menu and at the top should be Apple Software Update. Run that to check if there are any updates to iTunes. Otherwise you will have to restore your iPod

I am using the latest version of itunes so that couldn't be the problem, I also restored my Ipod but that didn't fix it either.
See if there is any help in here:

Also make sure you are logged in under an account with administrator privileges.
what do you mean windows version of itunes?
was the ipod set up on a mac version of itunes?
i believe filesystems are different when you set it up on a mac version, so Windows can't sync to it, but the opposite is not true
