So the title. My specs are:
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 32-bit (6.1, Build 7600)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8500 @ 3.16GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Memory: 2048MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 2046MB RAM
Page File: 1500MB used, 2638MB available
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT
I live in the UK.
Current budget is £100-£200.
I will play TF2 and Fallout 3 on here, and maybe do some Photoshopping.
I've got a monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers.
I can reuse my HDDs, my OS and my CD drive.
My current monitor resolution is 1680x1050 (I think it is the highest mine supports, as it is a 19 inch)
It looks good, but there are a few different routes to upgrade from, depending on what you want to do:
Gaming
- Upgrade your video card. Preferably purchase an ATI one. Though you say you only play TF2 and fallout 3, if you're happy with the frame rate you don't need a new graphics card
Photoshop & everything else
- I would buy more RAM. 4GB is good enough
Your CPU is still good.
OMOLONG!
what the fuck!
didnt you just upgrade your computer or something?

It was at Christmas, and that was because my old graphics card was dying.

urgh you are an idiot
OP other than maybe another 2GB RAM I don't see anything you can do that would matter
