Hello, I've just bought the new 13.3" Macbook Pro and I decided to install Garry's Mod since I got addicted by playing it. "3300 Hours on three years" But it seems like 80% of the servers are running with windows which has the .dll file that OSX dosen't support. And will result in a forced shutdown of Garry's Mod, does anyone of you know a fix for this issue?
Boootcamp, I guess.
As in I won't install microsoft on my Mac.
That's a bit petty, but try CrossOver Games.
You wanted a solution, we gave you one, you decline it. Then our help basically stops here.
As in I won't install microsoft on my Mac.
Why not? Install Windows and you've got the best of both worlds.
As in I won't install microsoft on my Mac.
Either you don't want to pay for Windows (which I understand fully), or else you're just dumb.
As in I won't install microsoft on my Mac.
I have a solution you may like. data doubler: http://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/DDMB5KT1.0/ super drive case:http://eshop.macsales.com/item/Other%20World%20Computing/VLSS9TOPTU2/ I plan on taking the superdrive out of my macbook pro and adding in an additional 115gb SSD to install the OS onto and all of my applications and leaving my content on the HDD. Especially now that they have a super drive caseso I can still us it! With this setup, you could simply install windows onto the secondary HDD/SSD, and you wouldn't have to worry about messing anything up.
