• Inmate commits suicide after suicide watch ordered

An inmate killed himself inside the Cuyahoga County jail, even though a judge had ordered him placed on suicide watch. Last Thursday, Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Brendan Sheehan sentenced a 60-year old man to eight years in prison for sexually assaulting his grandchildren. Sick fuck had it coming, trying to molest his own grandchildren.
Someone fucked up.
He killed himself because he knew what was going to happen to him in jail for molesting little kids He got off lucky
I don't think anyone feels any remorse.
He touched little jimmy... therefore he has to die?
yes.
He touched little jimmy... therefore he has to die?
Yes.
He touched little jimmy... therefore he has to die?
not necessarily
He touched little jimmy... therefore he has to die?
The other inmates would have killed him anyway.
We sure "he" did it? (I bet the guards helped him ).....sad sick old man...
I would kill myself if I had 8 years to be in jail at 60. (your life is over at that point)
The other inmates would have killed him anyway.
That's a shitty justification.
I've stolen things before, should you cut my hands off?
He took his own life.
glad to see you value human life.
Human life is worthless anyhow.
As much as I hate pedophiles, Warhol is right. However, he took his own life, which I believe is the only way of even partially redeeming yourself for molestation, murder, or rape(especially of a child). [editline]09:51PM[/editline]
Human life is worthless anyhow.
No it's not.
He didn't see the value either, those kids might be fucked up for life.
Because someone else disregarded the value of a human being doesn't give us the right to do the same. That's one of the pillars of civilization, that we can hold ourselves to a higher standard than the scum.

Wow I worded that like a retard. If a criminal hurts someone else, the criminal loses a great deal of their own value as a human, and if killing that criminal prevents him and any other possible predator from hurting innocents, then it is a moral action.

Life Imprisonment is the only moral option is such a case.
I don't think anyone feels any remorse.
Wrong word. Anyone feels any remorse, indicates that we; the people branding the deceased gentleman a sick fuck are guilty of the crimes the deceased committed and lack remorse. What you meant to say is... I don't think anyone feels any sympathy. And yeah, has anyone thought about this dude's kid and grandkids. It must suck on so many levels for them.
I disagree, killing another human being is never a moral action. Imprisonment would mean a burden on society for someone with little value in the first place.
Tell me how removing something with little value for the greater good is somehow immoral. Must a person's purpose in life be the betterment of society? Not defending the dude here, but that's a rather shitty excuse to off someone.
Tell me how removing something with little value for the greater good is somehow immoral. As a society we must protect the people, however we cannot resort to murder when another option is available.
FUCK YEAH JUSTICE HAS HAPPENED!!111 LET'S STONE HIS BODY!!111 Yeah we need more justice! Instant executions without trial for sick fucks like this in the future! Yeah!
FUCK YEAH JUSTICE HAS HAPPENED!!111 LET'S STONE HIS BODY!!111 Yeah we need more justice! Instant executions without trial for sick fucks like this in the future! Yeah!
Yeah, but in this guys case it was a bit obvious he was guilty.
Wow, that jail has gotta get its act together. According to the article, someone else died there because the guards refused to give him his prescription medication:wtc:
Yes.
Yes
Tell me how removing something with little value for the greater good is somehow immoral. If you give the government the right to kill people you may as well just turn in all of your other freedoms as well.
