i got 600$, only using newegg.
i already have a monitor and harddrive.
i would also prefer to use nvidia only (my friend has a gtx 260 and gets over 90 fps on CoD4 MAXED)
theres an old 4850 that i could SLi with my new card if needed.
thanks for any help.
600$ max including shipping, etc.
You're not going to beat a GTX260 for $500. ($100 FOR OS HURR DURR.)

That's $455. Hope you didn't need a monitor.

Hey no fanboyism here. Besides, a 4850 is overkill for COD4.
Oh yeah, crossfired H4850s will beat a GTX260 by around 60-75% performance (EG: GTX260 gets 40FPS, you should get around 70.)
ati has had too many problems from what i read. they overheat or something is what my friend told me.
He's a lying fanboy
Rate agree if you agree.
HD4850x2 gets to 85c usually. Which is fine.

Have you ever had problems yourself from ATi? Have you actually heard or seen firsthand problems associated with ATi products?

Same CPU but cheaper.
I know. I went purposefully for a higher clock because I can not assume overclocking will be done.
.2 GHz isn't worth $15.
/shrug.
I'm starting to think this guy is a troll. Look at his username.
