Could you help me decide if it's worth getting either of these, which one is better, and if it's better
than my card right now, I cannot find the specs for it anymore but it's a 9600 GT 512 mb from XFX
First off, tell us your computer specs.

I have 4 gigs of gaming RAM, 800 speed I think
I have a 2.66 ghz quad core, forget the actual name (been off the computer for over a year)
XFX 9600 GT 512 mb DDR2(?)
500 Watt power supply
Also curious about this; http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5642527&pagenumber=2&RSort=1&csid=ITD&recordsPerPage=5&body=MAIN#ReviewStart

gaming ram?
210 is basically a 9400, 220 is the 9500, and 240(DDR5 version) is the 9600GT.
So a DDR5 GT 240 would be the closest replacement for your 9600GT, although a bit slower. Those other cards are all substantially slower.
edit: I'd trust EVGA more than Galaxy
