Spicer's revelation was in response to a question from reporters on a briefing about committee member Sen. Lindsey Graham's remarks that he wants to look into whether Trump has any business dealings with Russia.
Well shit...Case closed then?
ITT: "He's defending himself so he's guilty"
Not really. It's more like "look at these huge mountains of evidence against him and everything thar was uncovered this past year. he's taking oddly defensive actions against it so we have reason to believe something is up, otherwise the judicial branch wouldn't have spent so much time on this"

Did you even read my post? Did you read the posts above it? If someone is accused of stealing, and hires a legal team to defends themselves, are they automatically guilty? Since when in ANY scenario is seeking legal advice or defence an admission of guilt? Does "Well shit...Case closed then?" become an acceptable reply to everyone and anyone legally defending themselves in a case that still has 0 concrete public evidence because it is still under investigation, and as of writing only circumstantial evidence? People are making dumb "HE'S DEFENDING HIMSELF THUS HE'S GUILTY LELELE" posts and I'm responding to that. What are you responding to? Because it really just feels like you're making a feel good post to make sure everyone here knows that you're on The Right Side Of History™. But hey why think critically when you can just circlejerk and make reddit-tier posts like "Well shit...Case closed then?"
