• PC crashes when connected to HDTV through HDMI cable.

I'm having this strange problem where some games cause my PC to restart entirely when I play them for around 10-20 minutes. I have my computer connected to an HDTV (that supports 1080p) through an HDMI cable. Here are things I've tried: - Used multiple HDMI cables. - Put cables into two different inputs on TV. - Made sure temperature was in tolerable levels while playing. - Drivers are up to date, apparently. Here's a dxdiag, just in case:
------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 3/8/2014, 01:36:03 Machine name: JAKE-PC Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.130828-1532) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Does it only happen on HDMI?
Does it only happen on HDMI?
Yes. True to form, I've managed to fix the issue after posting about it. I had my playback device set to my TV and the "AMD High Definition Audio Device." I went to the device manager to roll back the audio device, restarted the computer, and now my computer seems to be behaving so far. EDIT: Nope, still crashes.
Not overclocked?
