I'm having this weird issue with Chrome and browsing Facepunch lately - I can get to the main page fine, but as soon as I click a subforum, Chrome takes forever to load the pages (its taken me several tries just to make this post haha).
I've cleared my cache & have re-installed Chrome and it hasn't been fixed; however, I can browse FP fine on Microsoft Edge, IE & Firefox and have no issues with pages loading.

Try this so registries get a clean slate as well.
Only other thing that I can think of is that you're running some version intended for 64-bit operating systems on a 32-bit, but I'm not sure if that's a thing with Chrome. Probably not.
This is just a guess but worth a shot: Try clearing the DNS cache @ chrome://net-internals/#dns by copypasting that into your URL bar and clicking "clear host cache"?
Tried both, neither have worked :(
How many bookmarks do you have? Are you signing in with a Chrome Account?

Try running chkdsk in case there is a Face punch related file in cache that is corrupted.
