A BROTHER and sister in the US are behind bars after allegedly having sex in a tractor trailer parked in a church parking lot.
Police say Christopher Buckner, 20, and her half-brother Timothy Savoy, 25, admitted to committing incest three times after watching the Ryan Gosling romance The Notebook.
(For those not familiar with the cult film, [sp]it doesn’t have a happy ending).[/sp]
Police were alerted to the pair’s antics early on Tuesday morning after responding to a call about a prowler in the area.
Sheriff’s Office spokesman David Ehsanipoor told the Savannah Morning News deputies went to inspect the area after a call at about 4.30am.
During their patrol of the area they spotted a man and woman walking down the road. The male said he was walking the female back to her house.
Deputies determined that the pair were brother and sister and that they had just had sex in a Kenworth tractor trailer, which was parked at Countryside Baptist Church, Ehsanipoor said.
The pair have been charged with incest, aggravated sodomy and prowling and are being held in the Effingham County jail.
What? But how? There's a massive gap in the story.
What? But how?
Probably from identification they might have been carrying, or the whole thing slipped out on interrogation.
Probably from identification they might have been carrying, or the whole thing slipped out on interrogation.
"Can I see some identification? By the way, and this is just out of curiosity, but have you two banged?"
heck yeah we did, just now in fact
"HAH GOTCHA"

Honestly it sounds like they just flat out told them far too many details
Three times? Sodomy? How would they even know unless they were like "lol yeah i plowed her three times in the pussy and once in the anus"
Laws against sodomy are dumb but considering incest can actually cause some pretty massive issues I'm confident in saying it's good that it's illegal.
And drinking/smoking while pregnant should also be illegal.
also til incestuous sex is actually illegal actually illegal and not just taboo
why the fuck do we have laws against stuff like incest and sodomy if it's in private between two consenting adults
I understand where your coming from, but I think these laws probably predate contraception where you could expect any potential children to be at significant risk from incest-related diseases, which isn't fair to the child.
its also gross

Because Parent/Offspring or brother/sister couples have a massively increased chance of producing severely physically/mentally challenged children.
I believe it's legal in Germany, as long as you don't get kids.

You don't commit incest while pregnant though.

Yeah, I've had some conversations about this too. I really don't understand why 2 consenting adults who love each other can't legally have sex because it's taboo. I'm an only child so maybe I don't quite understand the stigma that some people with siblings experience. I just don't find it gross personally, and I don't think it should be illegal because it's taboo.

To prevent inbreeding and potentially bring in children with extreme amounts of deformities or disorders that otherwise wouldn't have occurred. Interesting fact about incest laws: The farther towards the South-East you go in the United States, the heavier the penalty is. Georgia and the states right around it - except Florida - can give you up to life in prison for committing incest.
Edit: Pretty sure the sodomy laws that are still in place are just left over from a lot of religious based laws. I could be wrong about that. It certainly isn't the healthiest or cleanest place to put your dick, but nowadays we can generally fix a lot of problems that come from it.
You don't commit incest while pregnant though.
My point is both incest and drinking/smoking while pregnant will drastically increase chances of the baby to have some severe complications. It's reckless and unfair to the child.
Speaking of incest, weren't US sperm banks in the middle of a pretty big controversy a while back because they used each samples way too many times which lead to people carrying the same genes potentailly having children who were inadvertently the produce of incest ?
My point is both incest and drinking/smoking while pregnant will drastically increase chances of the baby to have some severe complications.
And your point is moronic, it assumes that sex is only done for procreation. If there's no baby there's no chance of complication.
Probably from identification they might have been carrying, or the whole thing slipped out on interrogation.
Do you know how many people have the surname Smith?
I think incest should be legal if it's between two consenting adults but at the same time, I don't think those two adults should be allowed to have children. I dunno, a state ordered abortion sounds very wrong however.
although I am curious what people here's opinion is, if the problem is having deformed children does that make gay incest okay
And your point is moronic, it assumes that sex is only done for procreation. If there's no baby there's no chance of complication.
Yeah because people who fuck their siblings are totally the type to always use contraception to avoid pregnancy.
Sodomy and pulling out are not valid, sensible methods of contraception by the way.

Even if you remove the moral standard part of incest it'd probably not be a good idea to separate laws for straight and gay people since that'd be discriminatory. Besides, laws that account to sex are very hard to enforce properly due to the fact that it's fairly rare to stumble on a couple having sex, and they're basically designed to only catch the dumbest shits who not only are doing it in a place public enough to be found out, but who also generally also have offspring from it which attests from their act.
Long story short, incest should be kept illegal because people who are sensible enough to do it with protection will not be caught, and it'll still outlaw the dumb cunts who are actively making the human gene pool worse by inbreeding.

prevents potential domestic abuse

We live in a world of contraception and abortion.

The only thing I think is wrong about incest is if there is pregnancy involved; ideally I'd like to have incest be legal as long there is no unprotected vaginal sex between a man and a women. Although that would be a bit of a weird law to enforce in the case of there being a pregnancy I guess...
One of my friends dabbled in a bit of gay consensual brotherly love and I don't think that should classify him as a criminal rotting away in a jail cell for years and years, just doesn't seem fair at all.
Tough subject, I wish there was an easy way to police inbreeding while keeping incest legal.

How about making abortion legal and care about living souls' freedom, than caring about bunch of tissues and cells.

WTF USA? Its their personal business. US loves bragging about their "freedom", maybe they should look to Europe and learn true freedom.

Inbreeding would only occur if your family was incestuous for a few generations. The dangers of a 1 of incestuous thing are exaggerated imo.
The guy above had a point about it preventing possible sexual abuse but then you wade into a discussion about banning something just because it has the potential of being bad.
I say let people do it, maybe offering free medical advice regarding the children. "you do understand that having a child will increase the possibly of complications, we can offer a sperm donation or surrogate mother for a fee of etc etc"

Abortion is legal in France and inbreeding/incest still is illegal. Good balance.
Also the difference between abortion and drinking/smoking during pregnancy and/or incest is that in one case the infant ceases to exist (thus no complications can come out of it) while on the other hand you're giving birth to a mutant that'll have to deal with a lot of problems just because you couldn't be arsed to have a little bit of self control.
Abortion is legal in France and inbreeding/incest still is illegal. Good balance.
You actually live there and I really wouldn't know but this is what Wikipedia says.
In 27 January 2010, France reinstated laws against incest. The new law, however, defines incest as rape or sexual abuse on a minor "by a relative or any other person having lawful or de facto authority over the victim". Incest between consenting adults is not prohibited
Pretty good way of doing things.
If you have a child that's produce of incest any decent doctor will still heavily recommend abortion because the risks of shitting out a diformed baby are just too high.

.. What? What problems come from anal sex? Unless you're being stupidly unintelligent about how you're banging, there's no long-lasting issues that don't also come with vaginal sex.

People who fuck their own siblings do tend to fit that category pretty well.

Why should they be punished by the law for having it up the rumpus rather than the voogoo, though? It makes no sense.
