• Opinions on build for friend's brother

Hey, My friend's brother wants a PC for ~$700 AUD (Australia). He needs a keyboard and mouse but not a monitor or operating system. He is using a TV as a monitor (1080p), so he doesn't need speakers either. PCpartpicker only has some more expensive sites here in Aus, so I've used computer alliance which appears to be the cheapest at the moment (even cheaper than msy mostly). I've told him that if he could stretch a bit for an i5 it'd be worthwhile and I think he's thinking about it. He wants to play DayZ (Standalone) and Minecraft at reasonable settings, although I wouldn't be surprised if he also tried out Battlefield 4 and other more taxing modern games. He also said he doesn't need an optical drive. Here's what I have so far: Thanks!
Looks pretty good honestly, but don't expect too much from it, especially for DayZ... idk what the prices are in Australia but I would definitely push it to an i5 for a few more bucks and if he has the money get the 760 instead, but that would increase the budget by another 100-200.
