Canadian Dollar
I'm an idiot.
Anyone?
By needs everything else does this include monitor, keyboard, and mouse?
Try to get a GTX 560, it can handle most games and it's good value for money too. I recommend
Gigabyte as I've had good experiences with them.
Gigabyte GTX560 $199:

It comes to $779.93 , I know it's over your budget, but it will give you decent performance on most games.

Thanks!
Just a bit to improve on the previous build

Overclockable version of the cpu
Other hard drive was a green drive, meaning it's really slow
Other build had a link to a hard drive for the psu
Better motherboard
Not outdated and bad case
Grand total is $755, but this is without shipping, which unfortunately may be a lot. Another thing is the graphics card in my build is going to be worse than the 560, but not by enough that you won't be able to play games at good framerates.
Woops, forgot to mention, I'm gonna give him my spare HAF912 :v:
Then it should be within budget including shipping, or if you want to beef up the graphics card a bit, go for either the 560 or 6870.

Well that'll save about $60. More if it has a PSU in it.
