Both of my CD-Drives are corrupted and damaged. I've tried re-installing both drivers but in device manager it still gives me this message when I click on properties for it:
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem? Because now it won't load up my CD roms or even my DVD's or anything. Much appreciated.
Look up the drivers for your Drive in the internet?
Run this Driver Sweeeper Then do what Disarray said..
Yeah, just get the model of the drives then install the appropriate drivers.
