Like I said here: http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=885999
I wasn't 100% satisfied with the end result, I have a tendency of cutting the end to crap to to my incredibly short attention span.
I worked on this one for a bit more then 2 hours. http://youtube.com/watch?v=YteHkoATLZM I'm moderately happy with everything before 0:37, so I'm posting it here.
Pretty boring trailer, you'll need to spend more time on it if you want a good result. It needs to be more cinematic.
I liked it.

It didn't get me excited.
Meh, music was overdone. Voices were overlapping. Made me feel like ep3 was going to be a text adventure game with all the exiting action going on in this trailer. End served no point. Your fault is that you spend too little time on your projects. Quit faking ADD and focus.
meh, it was a bit shit. [editline]06:59PM[/editline] i'll wait for valve's
well valve is going to make a beter trailer ... in 5 years if they keep this up
Idea needs some work but it is pretty good.
meh, it was a bit shit. [editline]06:59PM[/editline] i'll wait for valve's
You'll be dead before that happens [editline]09:21PM[/editline] We all will
You should have made some custom content, instead of just recording video of episode 2 and other people's maps.
Despite all the people who'd rather criticize this without making any better, I thought it was good, given the resources you had to make it with.
In the last second alyx says "what was that" My thoughts exactly.
Despite all the people who'd rather criticize this without making any better, I thought it was good, given the resources you had to make it with.
Seeing as there's a lot of user-made content as well as the ability to make your own, he's working with unlimited resources here.
Despite all the people who'd rather criticize this without making any better, I thought it was good, given the resources you had to make it with.
I fail to see how your complements with no incentive to improve is any better.
