Molly Schuyler, a 5-foot-7, 125-pound mother of four, devoured a jaw-dropping 363 wings over 30 minutes and three rounds to set the record at Wing Bowl 22 on Friday at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.
The previous record was held by Takeru Kobayashi, who ate 337 wings at the event in 2012.
Every year Philadelphia holds this eating contest. And every year the numbers of wings consumed becomes disturbingly higher.
What the hell is going on? Is that huge crowd there watching Wing Bowl?
How?
That's like, one wing every 5 seconds.. For half an hour..
Molly Schuyler, a 5-foot-7, 125-pound mother of four
This must be some kind of mistake. Four kids, she can eat 363 wings, but this weight? Wtf?
How the fuck can you even do that. Especially at her height and weight.
disgusting
Her shit is going to be painful the next day.
how the hell do you physically fit that in your stomach
How the fuck can you even do that. Especially at her height and weight.
Competitive eaters do this a lot and there stomachs can expand more than normal iirc, they also have a proclivity for not dying from the resultant giant shits.
how the hell do you physically fit that in your stomach
Your stomach stretches.
To qualify for the Wing Bowl, Schuyler ate nine pounds of cottage cheese in 114 seconds. She also holds a world record for eating a 72-ounce steak in less than three minutes.
fucking hell, a true patriot
Your stomach stretches.
no shit, but 363 of them?
unless they are really small ones.
Soon she'll be having wings of her own.
This is the kind of hero America needs.
My kind of woman.
363?
She could have at least rounded it off to 182 chickens.

One of the chickens lost a wing in the war your insensitive bastard.
fucking hell, a true patriot
I'd have difficulty eating a small tub of cottage cheese, because personally I think it tastes foul. It's like eating lumpy PVA glue.
There's a 'Yo mama' joke there somewhere.

Here's the 72 oz steak challenge:

What if its actually an obese college frat boy in a mask??

Kind of weird thinking about how 181.5 previously living creatures contributed to this.

Very common actually. Despite the stereotype that only fat people participate in eating competitions, it's actually the opposite. The real participants are generally skinny twigs with insane metabolism.
They left out the part about her being part asian im sure

Real competative eaters, the ones that are professionals at it, are usually insanely healthy and active in order to handle both the events themselves and then themselves after the events.
Most pro eaters like this are seldom 'fat'. It is rather impressive though at 125, i know of eaters who weigh like 150, but this is 25 pounds less.
Some chicken wings around here are really small, I can see this happening with someone determined enough.
what the fuck she weighs exactly half as much as i do and i could never eat anywhere near that much goddamn
This sounds like a dream come true: eating off a platter of endless buffalo wings.
