It was a paper release much like the gtx 400 series. It won't be available till around May.

You might want more ram and a better GPU, but all in all its just photoshop. Also that mobo is intended to be used with a Nvidia card, you might switch that out. Also you might look at the recommended specs for photoshop and work off of that.

Premiere uses tons of RAM when rendering and it's always nice to have some extra, just in case you want to do something else while it renders.
