So, I've tried everything I can harvest via Google but nothing is resolving my issue, I am attempting to sync a friends iPod Touch to iTunes too, so if anyone can assist me as soon as possible it would be greatly appreciated. iTunes seems to be having a lot of trouble with Windows 7 at the moment, best to wait for W7 to be released and iTunes will probably release a new update with compatibility.
I am aware of that although it is a minority having issues with iTunes right now, it seems it is always pointing back at QuickTime. Any other advice?
The best solution to any iTunes/Quicktime related problem is to uninstall both of them.
i say reinstall itunes

For the time being, you may be able to use an alternate program to sync.
