Welcome, Russian-speaking gamers! GOG.com has always been about bringing you the widest selection of the greatest games: classic, new, all DRM-free. To keep this up we need to grow, and to grow we want to reach out to more gamers worldwide. We've already unveiled a French and German version of our store, and today we're introducing Russian to GOG.com! (Did you know that it's the second most used language on the internet?) We already have more than 150 games in Russian in our catalog, and today we celebrate by releasing six new DRM-free games - including two digital distribution exclusives and three weeklong discounts: -Galactic Assault: Prisoner of Power (digital distribution exclusive) -Sea Dogs (digital distribution exclusive) -Wings of Prey Complete -Pilot Brothers (-33%) -Men of War (-50%) -Death to Spies (-50%) We have over 30 more games on sale this weekend up to 75% off: Russian-language games straight "From Russian with Love"! That includes not just the new releases, but also the King's Bounty saga, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series and more. Everyone is invited to mingle, and it's as good a time as any to break down gaming's largest language barriers one discount at a time. With an all-new website language, localised customer support, and a dedicated Russian forum, we're hoping to become the right place for all of our Russian-speaking gamers. We’re also adjusting our prices in those regions. For over a year we’ve been offering games at lower prices in Russia and other independent countries that emerged from the USSR, places where game prices have historically been lower than in western markets. Starting today, more games will be priced appropriately for these territories. We've decided to adjust our pricing to the realities of the market, to avoid a sense that you have to pay more to get your games DRM-free or that GOG.com games are more expensive than other stores that operate in those regions. Just in case you wondering, introducing these price changes won't affect the way gifting works today on GOG.com.

The DRM-free initiative. We've always been on a mission to offer you games with no DRM protection whatsoever. Today, we want to start taking things a step further, help out people who bought a retail game with DRM, then ended up stuck with something rather unplayable. We can help you enjoy your favorites once again, and this time around, enjoy them DRM-free! There are countless retail games out there that don’t work for various reasons: unsupported types of DRM, system incompatibilities, broken features. There's too many too count. Starting today, owners of several retail titles originally sold with DRM can get a digital copy of their game completely free at GOG.com: with no DRM as always, compatible with modern operating systems, and with plenty of goodies to boot. Reclaim these games, DRM-FREE: Editions released worldwide: -S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl -S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky -S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat Editions released only in CIS & Russian territories: -Mount & Blade: Warband -Mount & Blade: With Fire & Sword -Eador: Genesis To reclaim your game, just use one of the keys that came with your box. You can find more detailed information on the Reclaim your games, DRM-FREE! page to see if your key is compatible and just where to go from there. This is just the start of something much bigger. We plan to add more titles to the list in the future - it's a long and complicated process that involves negotiating with multiple parties and a scavenger hunt to retrieve forgotten key-databases - but then, we are on a mission here, we'll do whatever it takes.
Sources: http://www.gog.com/news/bgogcom_speaks_russianb_new_releases_and_30_games_up_to_75_off http://www.gog.com/news/breclaim_your_gamesb_drmfree [sp]For those who live in Poland. The fact that it has regional pricing now is sooo dope.
Still no SWAT 4. God damn, GOG. We've been waiting for so long.
A much as i have heard from it, the Activision guys don't want to get into the mess for the SWAT trademark iirc. [editline]2nd April 2015[/editline] BUT since Vivendi did merged with Activision Blizzard, i see no reason why it should be...
They should get the entire Akella Pirate series on there, IIRC it's pretty big in Russia. Sea Dogs is a good start however. If you're unfamiliar with it, it's basically Sid Meier's Pirates! on steroids.
Swat 4 maybe gog pls?
...t-trailers?
...t-trailers?
I was just hinting if Gog could try it.
