• Twitching For No Reason?

For a while now I have been randomly twitching for no reason. It's not like a regular twitch, it's like a super twitch and my shoulders go up and own and it is really starting to scare me. I do it an average of five times a day. Is there something wrong with me, or is this normal for some people?
try staring at a strobe light that might help
try staring at a strobe light that might help
Will try tomorrow.
I've noticed myself doing it too. I blamed it on when I used to abuse medication a few months back. Do you have ADD?

yeah don't do that watch the episode of Pokemon with porygon in it instead
I do that sometimes, usually when I'm cold. I dunno, I don't think it's that much of an uncommon thing.
I sometimes be getting twitches recently too. I think it can be to do with sitting at the computer too long and in a bad position for the muscles. Causes them to twitch uncomfortably. I notcie when I am not on the computer for most of the day I twitch less.
Stop eating sugar packets and call me in the morning. My number is 1-800-3825-968 Edit: Try turning those numbers into letters
I got the same thing once I went off my medication. Sometimes while laying in bed my leg will randomly twitch quickly and I end up kicking the wall
A little twitching should be fine. Until you start twitching to the point of a seizure, I wouldn't worry about it.

My eye used to twitch alot cause I was spending too much time infront of this old shitty CRT screen that flickered. I bought an LCD screen and within a week or three all was well.
Shit's really annoying when you have a neck spasm, makes you look retarded too
One of my friends does that a lot. He thinks he might have Parkinson's, but I don't know.
Sometimes you get twitches like this when you're low on Potassium - I've had a similar thing in my legs before, and after visiting the doctor, he told me to eat some bananas - they're quite rich in Potassium. A couple of 'nanas later, and I was fine.
A small caf drive should help, try about 120 grams in a sitting.
I twitch every so often, alot of the time it's just an uncontrollable thrust of my head to the other side.
Something to do with your nerves, everyone gets twitching but if its persistent then it may be serious

I suffer from involuntary twitches all the time and I've never found the cause of it, may be caffeine, may be giving up smoking, may just be psychologically impaired. Who knows. I just live with it.

I sometimes twitch when im happy
Don't worry I have been like thatmy whole life but it happens more freequently when iam excited
Honestly, you could have Tourettes. The most common form of the disorder manifests as muscular spasms like you describe. I had a friend with Tourettes. Unfortunately, he passed away. :sigh: Car accident.
