Sick Twisted Debauchery is a Thrash Metal band from the Butler area of Pennsylvania. We're focusing on trying to keep up with the older styles of metal.
Below is pretty much exactly what you'd find on our page.
"Butler, PA is a small town about an hour north of Pittsburgh, PA. There’s a Wal-mart, some abandoned houses, people that will never give anyone the time of day, and ……a thrash metal band. A drummer (Ty) and a singer (Damien) met in a mosh pit, and decided exactly what they needed to do. A few members came and went in the early stages until 2009, when guitarists Dan and Kyle met Ty. Talks of a thrash metal band ensued, and they were readily brought in. Songs were written, and from the first steps on stage, the guys knew they had something different. Crowds were entranced, amazed, and sometimes appalled and offended, but every show was intense, and every thing was left on stage. In late spring of 2011, S.T.D. entered the studio to record 9 original songs, slated to be the debut album, “Infect The Masses.” Join the ranks of the S.T.D. fans, the Infected Army. Attend every show possible. New songs are always be written, and new shows are booked as often as possible."
And furthermore, a link to our facebook, and where you can actually listen to our stuff.

If you haven't already guessed, I'm Kyle, the guitarist, back-up vocalist, and one of the composers within the band. I don't really have much to talk about, but feel free to ask questions, post opinions, and all around talk at me. I'll answer where I can.
Oh, and excuse the cheesiness of the pictures on that page. I had nothing to do with those.
nice art uhhhh too lazy to listen to your music I'll put something useful here later
Just record a cleanish guitar tone and fix it in Guitar Rig 4 or something.
It has really nice effects, pretty much as good as proper stompboxes and whatnot
Well I'm just going to skip the whole "you shouldn't label yourself" stuff and just go ahead and say that it doesn't sound like thrash metal. It's good stuff no doubt, not great, but certainly above filler.
I'd probably judge it a lot more positively if the production values are better and I completely understand the limit of quality due to gear as you aren't some multi millionaire band, but the guitar tones sound like they're coming out of a Line 6... etc
Keep up the work, and try to develop your sound a little bit.
I appreciate the honesty. I do feel that it's more just 'Metal' than anything else, however the band is advertised, and aimed, at becoming a thrash band. ...Although, I'm curious as to your definition of thrash.
@Croix:
Unfortunately, I don't have the money to rig up something like that, although it's something I'd love to do. Definitely on my list, when I get the chance to get the gear.
