Anyone know a free .MOV to .AVI converter? I need one that won't effect quality and has no watermark.
The quality will obviously change, you're transcoding a video.
Try VirtualDub or MediaCoder.

None of them work whether you buy them or not.
NONE OF THEM.
SUPER Works Well. The GUI is a little crap but it still 100% works.

Rad Video Tools. They make Bink for games and their tool can do all sorts of conversions. You need quicktime installed to convert using the Mov format.
Edit:
No seriously, get this one. It is the best.
The creators of Bink made it, it's going to be better than any little piece of software you can get elsewhere.
"Any Video Converter" is what it is called. It should do the trick.
Try Oxelon Media Converter.
FFmpeg
It's what almost all the crap converter GUIs you see are based on, except they dumb things down, a lot.
