The Razer Edge is a gaming PC stuffed into a tablet, but how much of a gaming PC? Enough to play Crysis 3, which seems like plenty. This video, shared via Razer's official Twitter, shows "the intern" playing Crysis 3 with his handlebars. His handlebars. His handlebars. He can play Crysis 3 with his handlebars. His handlebars. His handlebars. You know, they're starting to grow on me.
http://kotaku.com/5986370/can-the-razer-gaming-tablet-handle-crysis-3-see-for-yourself It is a abomination.
It's a neat idea and all, but it's clearly too heavy to be used practically. You can just see the weight of the thing carving a ridge into his gut as it's the only comfortable way to hold it
Its probably a dumbed-down version with less detail
Its probably a dumbed-down version with less detail
Not really, if they can get it to run on a half decade old XBox 360, I have no doubt they could get it running on a beefed up modern tablet.
brb buying a console, because if that's what pc gaming is turning into...
Its probably a dumbed-down version with less detail
Well, it said it CAN play Crysis 3, but it didn't say anything about it being played on the highest settings or something.

streaming gaming
Because of the price and weight of this thing, you be better off with a gaming laptop.
Pretty sure it's carving into his gut because he's fat.
He sounded like a zombie sitting there looking at it. "Hey Brian, what are you doing?" "Uuuummmhghhhh crysis ummmmgh... oh shit"
streaming gaming
pretty much this If Sony manages to get Gaikai to show streaming gaming is feasible and enjoyable we won't need much more than a decent mobile graphics processor (tegra whatever), a decent wireless speed and a device capable of streaming the gameplay at home (your gaming PC) or even just the almighty cloud.
Looks like a strange Norwiegan sex toy.
Razer is retarded lol
brb buying a console, because if that's what pc gaming is turning into...
"Saving" PC Gaming doesn't mean people will actually buy it
say what you will but it's fucking amazing how small that thing is compared to how powerful it is
say what you will but it's fucking amazing how small that thing is compared to how powerful it is
You could probably melt steel with that thing when it "warms" up.
Why not just get a gaming laptop? It's fairly cool and all but I don't see the advantage of that over a Qosmio or Samsung Gamer.
He can play Crysis 3 with his handlebars. His handlebars. His handlebars.
Kotaku Stop trying so hard
Kotaku Stop trying so hard
I thought it was pretty clever (if it was referencing the song).
Now THAT is what I'm talking about!!1!11! Edgy!1!!
But even my shitty school issued pc can run crysis 3 well on lowest v:v:v What's the fucking deal?
These tablet gaming things could be useful for outdoors and long journeys such as when you're bored on an airplane or like you're in places where laptops would be a hassle to take out from your bag and shit.
I don't understand the hate this thing gets. I always thought it's really cool
He sounded like a zombie sitting there looking at it. "Hey Brian, what are you doing?" "Uuuummmhghhhh crysis ummmmgh... oh shit"
It amazes me when people are just like zombies and don't respond to people when they're playing a game.
Say what you will, but this thing has potential.
Those are some... uhh... pretty smooth graphics there, Brian.
"But can it run Crysis?"
Make it 800 and i will buy it. That thing can turn into a laptop, console and handheld game device (though its heavy).
I have nothing against the tablet But what in the hell does it have to do with PC gaming?
I have nothing against the tablet But what in the hell does it have to do with PC gaming?
"Revolution of gaming" eh, well its just Razer being Razer. [editline]23rd February 2013[/editline] Honestly i like their products, except their headsets
