Russia is a bad place to get arrested in. Thank God I'm not going near there, or any of the Soviet Bloc states for that matter, when I go to Europe next June.

Do you intend to do anything illegal? Just because you are in their country it doesn't mean they are going to arrest you. Although if you think like that maybe you are better off not visiting their country, you probably wouldn't be welcome.
