Children, some as young as three years old, scurry into the shadows to elude Chinese authorities who routinely round up and deport North Korean orphans.
American families stand ready to adopt these children, who are among the most vulnerable in the world, and bring them into the fold of their families, but the U.S Senate is standing between them, refusing to move legislation to facilitate adoption.
Although the House of Representatives passed the North Korean Refugee Adoption Act, a critical piece of legislation, on September 11, 2012, which compels the State Department to devise a plan that enables U.S. citizens to adopt orphans from North Korea, the U.S. Senate has failed to act.
I am so thankful for those who are brave enough to adopt and pour out unconditional parental love for orphans. I think it is an amazing thing. Blessings to those who do it! Now, Senate, please respond to this and help those kids escape that hell hole!
Why? If all the kids are gone, then the price of manufactured goods will go up.
No thanks.
They're tainted with communism!

i think my friend Jonathan Swift knows what to do in this situation
Do it, Senate. I may not like kids, but for fuck's sake there's plenty of good, loving homes for them. This can only do good.

What if they're sleeper agents?

That must be a pretty depressing job. "Alright little child, you have no parents, and you can't live here. Let's go."
I'm glad there's people willing to bring them in after they've been deported though. At least they're not being sent back to North Korea.

I'm pretty sure China deports North Korean refugees back to NK.
Why would the House pass this and not the Senate? Who's standing to gain?
