You'll be hard pressed to run all of this all at once on either

If you really want to run all that full up you're probably going to want to go with hardware from this decade.
If you have to ask us this, i'm not entirely sure you're ready to run the servers.
how about the same server with
3 gmod server
1.40 slot DarkRP
2.20 Slot TTT
3.20 slot DeathRun
and 1 teamspeak server 32 slots
On that PC you might be able to run one 10-slot server.
how about

for 1 gmod server 80 slot?

THere is really no answer for your question. We have no idea on your servers tick rate, mods that will be used and the base resource consumption for srcds. but I'm going to say no, even with a modest tick rate you'll likely tax the server to hell.
Your only solution is to actually try to see if you can safely get to 80 players without the hardware over taxing itself.

If its loaded to hell with mods, yeah you might be right. SRCDS can run a 20 player server with 4GB of RAM @ 66tick pretty easily under the right configuration and environment.
impossible to not answer there are thousands of people here and no one?
impossible to not answer there are thousands of people here and no one?
You could find a forum of a billion people and no one will have a direct answer for you. Why is that? As i said:
1) SRCDS configuration (tick rate, game/mod, additional mods added and their resource consumption)
2) OS Configuration (background processes and services)
Without this information, no one can make a reasonable guess if your requirements will ever be met.
as someone who is versed in gs administration and setup I can give you 1 definate response:
I do not think a i7-920 w/ 16G RAM will be able to do this effortlessly with a vanilla gmod setup and 80 players. Plus having some run-of-the-mill, non ecc DDR ram will not be good on stability.
Your best bet is going to be trial and error. Or go find a forum with millions of people and get the same response.
I'd be more concerned for your internet speed than the server speeds themselves, thats a ton of players saturating your network and TeamSpeak can get heavy
although on either machine you're pushing pretty hard
