Mitt Romney will announce his running mate at 8:45 a.m. ET Saturday in Norfolk, Va., Fox News confirms. Romney will launch his "The Romney Plan For A Stronger Middle Class" bus tour after announcing his choice for vice presidential candidate, according to an official press release from the Romney campaign. The selection comes roughly two weeks before the start of the Republican National Convention in Tampa, and gives Romney plenty of space to rally the party behind his pick before the official nomination. The campaign has not yet confirmed who the running mate is. Speculation has centered lately on Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin, but Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, Ohio Sen. Rob Portman and former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, among others, have all been mentioned as possibilities in recent days. The Romney could also decide to surprise everybody with an outside-the-box selection Saturday morning. The announcement comes as some polls, including a recent Fox News survey, show the Republican presidential candidate losing some ground to President Obama. In a statement issued Friday night, the Romney campaign said the running mate would be revealed at 9 a.m. EDT at the Nauticus Museum. Romney is kicking off a four-day bus tour through swing states. The vice presidential selection will dominate headlines, and Romney's team has been relentlessly teasing the announcement for weeks. The good thing about this is that it doesn't matter since he's not going to win anyway [editline]3:33[/editline] why the disagrees, Romney is going to lose isn't he? [editline]3:33[/editline] isn't he???

I like his attire he plans to wear
Think Progress is calling it as ryan too.

In my ideal world at the way things are, his running mate would be Ron Paul, to offset the crazy. Then voting for him would at least be not entirely difficult to stomache.
Romney/Zombie Reagan 2012!

Dude.... like i wish there was someone else to vote for. I like obama... but hes like luke warm in terms of his promises and all hes done. im happy that he was our president... but I just want someone better. Someone who actually has new ideas that can change this country around from being an asshole money running whore to the rest of the world, to a serious power that helps when its needed but most of all helps its people become equals and able to tackle the challenges this world faces. To may politicians are from too stuck up households that no real problems of the 45% will change. idk... maybe I hope for too much. Im glad curiosity worked out though so that no matter what, oboma or romney NASA will get funds.... i just want someone to focus on our human race advancing off this planet as one... not just one country... but lets get our shit together... how many people have to die already?... So damn pathetic. The USA has so much power to help change the fate of usa all.. bt we just sit here... more concerned with %'s and other bullshit monetary values to acuatlly realize that war isnt the answer. sending aid is.. and to let people have their own opinion and stil trying to take our people and any other country willing to other planets... to solve our eventual prolbem of where to live.... god i hate livein in the early 2000's... such a waste of energy. Lucky i have the opprotunity to try and work for a local space angency :/

romney picks on running gator
Was it wrong that [sp]I agreed with Bane for like, half the film?[/sp]
[sp]Bane's main idea was the same as Ra's al Gouls'. Gotham is beyond saving, so destroy it.[/sp] :v:

Romney will do everything he possibly can to turn this place into a theocratic shithole, and if that doesn't do us in the warmongering likely will.
Was it wrong that [sp]I agreed with Bane for like, half the film?[/sp]
No, because for roughly [sp]half of the film, Bane was making some good points before starting to kill off everyone and turn equality into violent false anarchy.[/sp]

In all likelihood shit won't be much different whether Romney or Obama is in charge. I mean, yea, there are some legitimate improvements(like Obama's newfound stance on gay marriage, assuming he is sincere), but the USA will be the same old country by 2016 no matter who wins the election.
No, because for roughly [sp]half of the film, Bane was making some good points before starting to kill off everyone and turn equality into violent false anarchy.[/sp]
Yeah but all that talk was just to distract everyone before he planned to destroy the entire city. Also, Ryan is dangerous because he is smart and good at numbers, but also has the most sadistic budget plan ever. It is so bad that I would rather see a Ron Paul budget than a Ryan budget in place.
Who the hell is this "Ryan" everyone is talking about? Andrew Ryan?
Who the hell is this "Ryan" everyone is talking about? Andrew Ryan?
No, Paul Ryan, and he is one scary motherfucker because of his economic plans.
Mitt's crazy views on foreign policy, healthcare, education and personal values + Ryan's crazy views on budget = one hell of a lot of crazy I really hope we can keep them out of the White House [editline]11th August 2012[/editline]
This is sensationalist as fuck. He should pick Sara Palin just to make absolutely sure he won't win.
Four years is plenty of time for Mitt to start a war with Iran
I'm honestly surprised we aren't at war already. It would be pretty consistent with our foreign policy record. Also, if Obama gets re-elected, and we go to war with Iran, can I please refer back to this post whenever you talk about whatever GOP nominee comes up in 2016?
"The Romney Plan For A Stronger Middle Class"
Bwahahaha People actually believe that?
there was never total anarchy in the film lol
Only if you define anarchy as the complete opposite of anarchy.
