• Issues with Triple Booting

So I've been fixing up an older intel mac mini and upgraded it as much as I can, and am currently running a triple boot setup. on partition 1 is Macintosh 10.6.8, on partition 2 is Windows 10, and on Partition 3 is Ubuntu 14. The issue I'm having is that Ubuntu and Windows want to kill each other - installing windows overwrote Grub bootloader, and after I repaired grub boot loader it overwrote windows' and forces me to boot windows from Grub. Is there a solution that will let each operating system keep to itself? Or am I better off launching Windows through grub anyways?
AFAIK dual boot Linux / Windows always uses GRUB.
install windows then ubuntu grub is required should be able to boot into windows from grub. That is what is normal for ubuntu and windows adding osx is an unknown variable for me I haven't got a clue.
OSX works fine on its own, but I guess I'll just have to stick with the Grub Bootloader then :/
