Thinking of upgrading my old Q6600, and Sandy Bridge is probably the right thing for me.
I've come up with this set up:

I want to have a nice motherboard for overclocking, but I'm not sure if the RAM must be good for overclocking, the way you overclock SB. I'm still not sure if that motherboard is overkill either. My budget is around 6200SEK. With that budget I could afford i7, but I don't think it's worth it.
Feel free to come with suggestions.
Looks like a solid build, go for it.
So I shouldn't step up to an i7-2600K? I can afford it, but is it worth it?
Get this RAM, it's cheaper and will perform the same http://www.inet.se/artikel/5304331/corsair-4gb-2x2048mb-1600mhz-xms3-dhx
You can also see the difference between the two CPUs here http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/sandy-bridge-core-i7-2600k-core-i5-2500k,2833-18.html
