Okay so one day i accidentally pressed a button and my windows task manager became a window with no buttons to click at all, i couldn't fix it so i just let it as it was.
but when i try to open it. it does this

It says 0% CPU Usage on it and it won't open and it keeps blinking green on it,
Any ideas on to fix this?

Please read the OP,
Have you tried rebooting your computer?
Did it look like this?

You just need to double click on the grey area of it.

Both Explorer and DWM wouldn't help. DWM would just drop him back into "Windows Vista Basic" theme.
@OP Click Restore.
What, will restore do?
Sorry i'm not very good in computers but my mom is but she isn't here.
Cause i don't want to recover all of my data, it will take years.
It restores the window. Hence the name.

Goes in a surge protector for me.
I'm pretty sure you need to plug that into a socket, not build it into a wall.
Sorry for asking this stupid question but where do i find the restore button?
Right click the graph in the system tray.
