A very lenient 550 for just the:
Motherboard
CPU (i5 2500k)
RAM
DVD Drive (Might want BD)
PSU
Case
I currently have some stuff picked out - I would have chose an Asus Mobo but they're all (sub $200 at least) sold out.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129098 CASE
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371025 PSU (Is this too much for two 560s SLI'd in the future?)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130572 MOBO
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.614708 CPU
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220567 RAM
And not in the 'budget':
Then there's the GPU which I was thinking of picking this:

(I'd not get the above RAM obviously, maybe just throw the RAM combo deal out since "you don't need 4GB" even though you might as well since it's $40)
Thoughts?
That RAM is sort of entry level. You can get way better stuff for like $10-$20 more.

There's nothing wrong with it... it's just the cheapest DDR3 1600 RAM, anything faster is just about twice the cost, and you might as well get 8GB of 1600 than 4GB of 1800 imo. The speed will likely go unnoticed anyways, it was just $2 though.

If you think I'd need a heat spreader for some reason, then sure.
currently RAM heatspreaders serve no purpose other than to look pretty
Yeah, I was thinking of maybe going with a black/blue look for the interior, I think the only thing that isn't black/blue is the RAM, might get some of this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820144461 and do that.
The 100 is nice, but since shipping is $12 you should consider the 912
