How do I monitor my CPU speeds and tempuratures? Is there special software?

Coretemp is regarded as very accurate, and isn't flustered with featres you don't want or need:

This or RealTemp 3.0
I don't think any of these are inaccurate. I've tried all 3, and they all report the same temperatures.
I use CPUID because it has fan speeds, SMART readings, and GPU temperature without needing other software.
Ok thanks guys.

I've used it before, but got rid of it as it seemed to take forever to start up.
What's wrong with it?
It's temperature readings are very very innacurate in many cases.
What if all 3 report different temps?

Average them :D
32C
CoreTemp and HW Monitor have very similar readings. Disregard RealTemp.

Uh, Coretemp is 2 less than HWMonitor is 2 less than Realtemp.
I'd assume the highest and adjust your cooling from that.

You should probably average them all together, seeing as the highest one may be reading it too high, as with the lowest one reading it too low, etc.
Also, 32C is a great temp

Not for a 9% load. (Assuming his ambient temp is 20 or so)
Ya those are just idle. Ill try load later today and see if it makes a difference.
