One San Francisco mom, Carol Lei, says selling cookies teach her two girls goal-setting, decision making, management, people skills, and business ethics. They also offer a teachable moment about medical marijuana.
“They learn that they’re not drugged out,” said Lei. “Many have serious needs, and are just a little different.”
“And they get very hungry after!” said thirteen-year-old Girl Scout Danielle, who did brisk business Monday in front of The Green Cross dispensary on Mission Street.
“Do you want to buy some cookies!” Danielle chirped at passersby.

“I feel like it’s safe,” said Carol who has lived near Glen Park since 1987. “There’s always a security guard and cameras everywhere.”
Selling cookies around town exposes the girls to other walks of life, Lei said. It’s made Danielle less shy.
She’s done her best business among the throngs of tourists on Montgomery, Danielle said. She’s also met homeless people who don’t have a dollar. She’s raised money for camp, troop supplies, and Alzheimer’s Disease.
And does she mind the aroma of weed wafting out the door?
“Um, I can’t smell anything because my nose is stuffed up.”
According to their wildly popular post on reddit, Danielle and Carol sold out of the cookies they brought in 45 minutes.
Fucking genious.
Here's the plan: Hand out coupons and free samples of food from restaurants outside of Marijuana dispensaries. Loadsa money.

Location location location.
Source, I wanna share this.
Girl scout cookies would be the best for munchies
Now THAT is business sense.
Same thing happened in froth of the grocery store here, but that's because I was there.
Shit I haven't seen a girl scout cookie in years. Here all the fundraising groups sell these ridiculously overpriced chocolates. It's good stuff but paying $3 for a few chocolate almonds or a small bar is crazy.
Somebody has understood supply and demand.
Ah ; poor fellow got banned forgetting the source.
This is pretty hilarious though; if the little girls sold Doritos they would be ransacked within milli-seconds.
Before entering the thread I thought Girl Scouts had become hardcore and started selling weed infused delight. Now they just need to bundle weed coupons with Girl Scout cookies

yet another example of the overwhelming joy that residents of weed-legal states seem to experience

"Show your local Girl Scout chapter a receipt from your local dispensary and get 15% off your next cookie purchase!" :v:
Imagine food trucks lining the street of a single medical dispensary

Seems to be the source for the wanting.
This girl's gonna go far in the bussinessworld.
"We're Fireside Girls troop 46231, and there's nothing that we can't succeed at doing!"

I think this is the source? I just googled the quoted text.
We'll soon see this girl among the top 100 richest people ever I'm sure
I can imagine this happening in front of legal dispensaries. Like, you walk by and just see a dispensary with, say, 10 vending machines in front of it.
That take $10-20 bills.
all they need is a truck full of thin mints and it'll sell out like crazy
I thought they were selling girl scout cookies out in front of the store lol.
In other news, I'm not the only person that likes girl scout cookies with their girl scout cookies.
Girl scout cookies are the best but I hate answering the door when they show up.
How can you say no to both the cookies and the little girls.
Plus its bullshit, Girl Scouts get these great cookies to sell while Boy Scouts have to sell some shitty fucking popcorn no one wants in front of a failing blockbuster or some shit.
Thin Mints are fucking godlike.
Ingenious!
