Man beaten outside Burger King in 2004 wakes up and remembers nothing of his past, not even his name
Benjamin Kyle got his name because his initials are the same as the fast food restaurant he was found lying naked and bloody behind in 2004, with no recollection of who he was or how he got there.
Benjamin Kyle suffers from retrograde amnesia and does not know any of his personal details or anything before the day a woman found him in a Burger King dumpster in Georgia.
For the last eight years he has been another member of society who struggles to get by as a 'John Doe'. Now the internet is rallying around to help him find out his identity - or at the very least, get him a new one.
I know this story is a bit old, but I feel like I had to share it to help the guy out. He did a reddit IAMA a while back. He was on Dr. Phil as well in 2007.

He's tried the FBI, Canada, and pretty much every other outside resource to help identifiy him, and no one knows who he is. He's even tried hypnosis and they could only get 4 digits of his social security number.
He's had dreams of repairing restaurant equipment, so he believes that he was once in the industry of repairing the equipment. He was homeless and couldn't get into a shelter because he had no ID, and couldn't get one because he had no social security number. He now lives in someone's shed and works at a restaurant, being paid in cash under the table.
He is the only person to be on the FBI's missing persons list despite his where abouts being known.
Still looking for that?
If he hasn't found it for almost 10 years he might aswell become another person
who the fuck decided to name him after damn burger king?
if it was him, whatever
