Bands that have broken up that you wish would reform.

I'm putting this here, because fast threads is populated with idoits.
So for me, it would be:
The Getaway Plan
this is because I've listened to the album they made before they broke up, and I loved it. Something very meaningful to me.
And I Killed The Prom Queen.
This is because they were just an awesome band, and they were from my hometown, so if I hadn't been like nine when they were at their prime or I had actually been into metal at that point I would have gone to see them. They inspired and gave my favourite band a helping band to kickstart their career, which gives mad respect imo.
Feel free to post and for extra internets, let me know why

Not reform, but I wish Eric Karlsbeek would rejoin Textures :frown:
Gardenian! :saddowns:
They had so much potential...
Hard to pick a particularly good song, though - gotta really listen to an album to get the full strength of Gardenian. :v:

I wonder what would've happened if Anselmo wasn't a stubborn bastard and took a rest from his music career to let his back heal.
Maybe Pantera would be up and rocking again right about now...

Except for that whole bit about Dimebag getting assassinated.
I wish that Death From Above 1979 would get back together so badly.

When I made the post I thought that Dimebag was killed during one of Panteras shows, but now after reading up on it I know that it was when he was playing with Damageplan.
Damageplan.
Dude that shot Dime was shot in the face with a 12 gauge shotgun
